Black ox Dining is a pop-up restaurant hosted in unique and intimate locations around Brisbane. After launching their successful pop-up dinner series in 2016, They have been developing relationships with local growers and farmers to incorporate organic farming principles to improve the land that their food is grown on.

Every month, an intimate long table dinner will be hosted in a unique location in Brisbane. The multi-course tasting menus are crafted by Siktars in a storytelling manner and are meant to feel like a unique experience. Each dinner will be paired with wine, beer or spirits and the menu ingredients are all locally sourced or grown in their garden. All menu items are hand-crafted - including vinegar's, breads, cured proteins and more, with a strong focus on fermentation.
